Kenneth W. Ford Conference Room

The Kenneth W. Ford Conference Room will not be available until completion of a building expansion in 2013. Please check this website for updates on the availability of the room. 

The Ford Family Foundation headquarters office in Roseburg was developed principally for the offices and meetings of the Foundation. The convening and meeting space can be used at no charge by 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations for charitable uses on a limited basis. Non-profits with an established relationship to the Foundation may use the Kenneth W. Ford Conference Room from time to time, when not in conflict with Foundation priorities.

The conference room is available during normal business hours. The room will accommodate up to 30 people and has audiovisual equipment complete with internet access.

Please review the Guidelines to determine if the purpose and format of your meeting fit our criteria. If so, complete the Request Form and submit it by fax (541-957-5720) with your meeting agenda. Our conference room coordinator will contact you promptly to confirm if the date, time, and space are available.
