Karla S. Chambers


Karla Chambers is the co-owner of Stahlbush Island Farms, Inc., a 5,000-acre, intensive farming operation and vertically integrated food-processing company in Corvallis. It exports to 25+ countries and throughout the United States.

Toby A. Luther

Vice Chair

In 2009, Toby Luther was named the first non-family CEO for closely held Lone Rock Resources in Roseburg. Previously, he served as the company's chief operating officer and vice president of finance. He has been with Lone Rock since 2001.

Allyn C. Ford


Allyn Ford has held the position of president of Roseburg Forest Products since 1997, when he took over leadership of the company from his father and company founder, Kenneth Ford. He began his career with the company in 1968.

Knute C. Buehler, M.D.

Knute Buehler, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon in Bend, who was born and raised in Roseburg, where he attended public schools. He is considered one of the primary surgeon-developers of computer-assisted knee replacement.

Allyson Ford

Allyson Ford is the public health director of program operations with the Oregon Health Authority. She is a native of Douglas County, Oregon, and is the granddaughter of Kenneth and Hallie Ford. 

Joseph E. Robertson, M.D.

Joe Robertson has been the president of Oregon Health & Science University since 2006. He has led OHSU's strategic planning process, which has a vision to "improve the health and well-being of all Oregonians."

Wesley D. Sand

Wes Sand represents the third generation (grandnephew) in carrying out the founders' legacy. He is a member of AGR Partners, a private equity firm focused on food and agriculture, and maintains an independent business consulting practice.

Andy Storment

Andy Storment has been a business investor and executive in the Pacific Northwest for more than 30 years. In addition, he has experience in the accounting and wood products industries.

Carrie Thompson

Carrie Thompson is the co-owner and co-operator of Thompson Timber Company in Corvallis, which owns and manages timberland throughout western Oregon. She also manages a family foundation and a family-owned private equity fund.
