Fund for Teachers’ mission is to enrich the personal and professional growth of teachers by recognizing and supporting them as they identify and pursue opportunities that they believe will create the greatest impact on their practice. Fund for Teacher grants renew teachers’ passion for their work, nurture connections to colleagues at home and around the world, and maximize their impact on students’ lives.
This initiative is part of The Ford Family Foundation’s ongoing work to support teachers and develop networks of high-quality teachers and leaders in Douglas County, Oregon, that collaborate to drive improvements in the academic and life outcomes of their students.
