Reader Reviews for this Book

Review posted June 18, 2020

"Pat Boas: Record Record" documents Pat's work from about 2001 to 2009 that draw inspiration from everyday objects, including The New York Times. I was more familiar with Pat's later work shown in the Portland Biennial 2016, curated by Michalle Grabner. "Record Record" includes a significant essay by Stephanie Snyder of the Cooley Gallery at Reed, one of the book's strongest components. Beautifully designed by Meris Brown of Fancypants Design.
