“I appreciate how community builders grow – changing to meet the times, wanting to make their communities better in some way. I’m endlessly inspired.”

Jeri Vradenburg supports the Rural Community Building team by coordinating schedules and meetings, arranging travel and planning program events. She is an integral part of the Foundation’s initiative to recognize rural community builders, and also manages the Rural Community Builders website.

Jeri is passionate about helping others and building lasting relationships and she is widely known for her enthusiasm. “I love to see people be recognized for their service, their impact. Normal people, wanting to make their community better in some way,” she says.

Primarily raised in Prineville, Jeri attended Eastern Oregon University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership, Organization and Management. After living in several different western states, she and her family settled in Roseburg in 2003.
