In 2009, Toby Luther was named the first non-family CEO for closely held Lone Rock Resources in Roseburg. Previously, he served as the company's chief operating officer and vice president of finance. He has been with Lone Rock since 2001.

Joe Robertson is president emeritus of Oregon Health & Science University; he was president from 2006 to 2018. He led OHSU's strategic planning process, which has a vision to "improve the health and well-being of all Oregonians."

Allyson Ford
Allyson Ford is the public health director of program operations with the Oregon Health Authority. She is a native of Douglas County, Oregon, and is the granddaughter of Kenneth and Hallie Ford.

Eric Forrest
Eric Forrest is the co-president of Bigfoot Beverages (with locations in Bend, Coos Bay, Newport, Roseburg and Eugene). He is also a co-founder of Fast Track Car Wash in Eugene and the president of Riversdale Ranch Properties in Roseburg.

Wes Sand represents the third generation (grandnephew) in carrying out the founders' legacy. He is a member of AGR Partners, a private equity firm focused on food and agriculture, and maintains an independent business consulting practice.

Carrie Thompson is the co-owner and co-operator of Thompson Timber Company in Corvallis, which owns and manages timberland throughout western Oregon. She also manages a family foundation and a family-owned private equity fund.
