Signs of Hope and Healing
October 8, 2015, From the Roseburg News-Review: Justin Troxel, a Roseburg native and graduate of the welding program at Umpqua Community College, felt a need to help those affected by the UCC tragedy. His original plan was to weld 50 metal Oregon Heart Signs, sell them for $10 each and donate $500 to the Greater Douglas United Way Umpqua Strong Fund. His venture soon generated much more.
