Nonprofit organizations that are exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and are classified as "not a private foundation" under Section 509(a)
Independent, sponsored projects of a nonprofit Section 501(c)(3) organization acting as a fiscal sponsor
Government and public agencies
Tribal organizations
The mission of the organization must be aligned with the Foundation’s mission of successful citizens and vital rural communities.

Location

The Ford Family Foundation’s conference center is located at its headquarters in Roseburg: 1600 NW Stewart Parkway, Roseburg, OR 97471

PARKING

The Ford Family Foundation has limited visitor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Available hours

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Capacity

The conference center can accommodate up to 35 participants.

Technology

The conference center offers an array of technology and audio/visual capabilities, including audio and video conferencing, video and digital projection screens, Blu-Ray/DVD player, computer, speakers, PC inputs and microphones. WiFi access is available throughout the conference center. Technological needs must be specified clearly in the reservation request form.

Food and beverage

Hosts of events are responsible for arranging and paying for their own food. Outside catering is permitted but must be served in the buffet area near the conference center. Guests are responsible for all food setup and cleanup. The upstairs kitchen is not available to outside groups or hired caterers.

How to reserve

Request the conference center by filling out the reservation request form. Foundation staff will contact you after your reservation request form is submitted to discuss your event. Meetings may be scheduled up to 3 months in advance.
